The Guild Wars 2 Wall Breach Blitz Achievement is one of the jump puzzles that you HAVE to do if you want to complete the map exploration of Diessa Plateau, because the Skill Point Challenge and Vista Point are only accessible after you complete the puzzle.

Explorer Achievement (Diessa Plateau)

 
Started off at the Breached Wall Waypoint. Head west and south. You’ll know you’re heading in the right direction when you see a set of broken stairs leading upwards. There’s a nearby rock that’s interactable, for a point of reference.
 
It’s a series of jumping up and across the breached wall. At the very end, you just need to land on the same structure supporting the Skill Point. You can either go around and jump on some steps to claim the Skill Point, or you can jump (with a run speed boost) directly to the Skill Point.
 
To get the Vista Point immediately after, simply jump from the structure containing the Skill Point from the point closest to the Vista Point, and hop over to claim it. Don’t miss it, or you’ll have to do it alllllll over again.
